As you may be aware there will be some disruption to ScotRail services on the day of the Edinburgh event – find out more here.
Our Edinburgh event will run as planned on 30th January. We encourage you to check your travel plans in advance. If you do need to switch your travel from train to car, the Dynamic Earth venue has an on-site car park.
By Car
If arriving by car to Dynamic Earth, there is a car park that is accessible via Holyrood Grant and also a drop-off/pick-up location in the amphitheatre.
Dynamic Earth has on-site parking (approx. 120 spaces) allocated on a first come basis. Spaces cannot be reserved. There are three electric car charging points for public use, and six wheelchair accessible parking bays. Free parking is available for all Blue Badge Holders, with tickets validated at the front desk.

By Train
The nearest train station is Edinburgh Waverley, which is a main line station to all major destinations. It is a 15-20 minute walk to Dynamic Earth from the station and 5 minutes via taxi.

By Bus
The 35 bus stops outside the Scottish Parliament at the bottom of Canongate (the Royal Mile) and Dynamic Earth is a 5 minute walk from there.
