Sarah Gregory is the Commercial Director of Slipstream Engineering Design, responsible for the company’s substantial financial growth and establishing its reputation as highly collaborative Radio Frequency and Digital product developers. Having started her career as a scientist, Sarah’s move to engineering has seen her develop Slipstream Design from a garage startup to a multi-million-pound enterprise. The company has over 5 years of sustained double-digit revenue growth from its R&D services. Operating a high-performing engineering centre, the company realises complex design, development, and manufacture of programmes for an international customer base of major OEMs and ambitious SMEs.

From concept generation through to product launch, Slipstream Design enables the future of high performance communication and radar systems. Specialisms include transit and receive modules, transceivers, software defined radios and high power amplifiers. Sarah is now leading Slipstream Design’s commercial entry into the space sector with a vision to realise ASTRO NovaTM, the company’s Wideband Adaptive Radio Platform. Developed with funding from DASA through its Space to Innovate competition, ASTRONovaTM delivers waveform agility for in-mission communication and sensing flexibility.
